Thanks for your response to my survey. I appreciate that you’re interested in resolving the issue, that goes a long way from a customer experience perspective. Since I would rather not invest anymore time with a drawn out phone conversation I will assist you with your efforts to resolve the matter by providing simple instructions for you here. If you’re surveying goal is to truly solicit honest feedback in order to identify how you can improve the service you provide, you need to change a few things. First, instruct all staff to stop pressuring customers to fill the survey out in any other way other than by expressing their honest opinion. When staff tell customers that any rating less than completely satisfied will result in personal harm to their employment, that will certainly skew honesty and also place an undue burden on the customer. Secondly, stop sending text messages to gauge how someone feels before sending them a survey. You guys do that every time which is an effort to cherry pick only the customers that will rate well. I will close by saying that if your goal is not honest feedback but instead to boast a high rating to the public, then you will not be able to boast honesty as part of your business objectives.
