Bought a used 2018 Kia Sportage in February 2022. I found the vehicle online and completed the interest form. Branden Barger reached out immediately to confirm the vehicle was still available and sen I found the vehicle online and completed the interest form. Branden Barger reached out immediately to confirm the vehicle was still available and sent vehicle brochure information. He was extremely helpful and answered my numerous questions. This included him personally going out to the vehicle to take a picture of the Apple Carplay, which was vital to my decision. He recommended I come in for a test drive but was not pushy about it. He was reasonable and provided as much information as he could. I've been looking at vehicles for several months and finally purchased at AutoNation because Branden was pleasant and was willing to help within his limitation. I really appreciated his help! More

David was super responsive and very helpful. I had been searching for a particular Cadillac and AutoNation got one in on a trade, I pounced on it. I live 2.5 hours away. I reached out online and I had been searching for a particular Cadillac and AutoNation got one in on a trade, I pounced on it. I live 2.5 hours away. I reached out online and David responded immediately. He sent me dozens of pictures. Answered all of my questions. We worked through all of the details of the deal before I ever hit the highway and once I arrived, everything we discussed was in place. Honest communication and great service! No one in service dept fixed my concerns or seemed knowledgeable about vehicles. Was told to come back another time but no follow up appt was made for me. Really bad for a dealership.
