Once in the showroom, Berto was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. Let’s not forget patient! The truck I reserved didn’t quite suit me and Berto helped locate a suitable replacement from a sister store and secured it! Never once did I feel pressured to buy, but rather, felt like they’re truly cared about getting me something I was happy with. Jairus was my go to guy for all questions and concerns I had about the process. Coming back into the showroom Jairus was there every step of the way. Even when I noticed a price discrepancy, he brought it over to Carmen and they got me squared away! Jairus kept us company and even washed my wife’s car while we waited to meet with Robert for financing. Top notch! Robert was also a pleasure to work with even though he had some printer issues. The GM even stepped in to diagnose the printer problem 😂. A lot of places can talk a good game, but these guys and gals follow through all while making buying a car easy and much less stressful.
