Scheduled Oil Appointment, was treated nicely by agent. Oil change and Car Wash. Took longer than normal 2+ hours. Agent acknowledged this inconvenience and for payment of service only required the Chevy Oil change and Car Wash. Took longer than normal 2+ hours.
