The service department is a joke. Made an appt in December for March 21. When I got there, I found out the appt was never made. Then my truck was there for EIGHT hours for a basic oil change/tire rotation. Absolutely ridiculous! I called twice trying to find out when it was going to be ready, didn’t get a call back until 45 mins before they closed. It’s a 40 minute drive to the dealership (it’s the nearest one to me). Thankfully I had already left to pick up my truck otherwise I would have not been able to get it before they closed. I mentioned this to the service advisor (Jennifer) and she shrugged her shoulders. She didn’t care about the entire situation. I will not be returning here nor will I have purchase anything from this dealership again. The worst service. EIGHT hours for an oil change is absurd. This dealership is amazing. I visited every dealer in the greater area almost. Most were charging me thousands in “required” add ons. Oh, and they gave me beyond kbb fair market for my trade. They let me look at my own pace, and even let me test drive to run some errands. Nice folks. When I decided to purchase, I was out in less than one hour. And I have to give a shout out to financing, this was the first dealer ever, that did not try to waste my time, twisting my arms, to add additional maintenance packages.
