I was very unhappy with their customer service with the few mangers/supervisors I worked with. They never called you back. I had to make several trips to the dealership to get answers. They said they will work with me. But that didn’t happen. Also they lost my keys to my vehicle and calling to keep asking me, if I had taken the keys, when they had my vehicle for almost a month. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time at 11:30. My vehicle was not completed until 2:45. I had an appointment and it took 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oi tire rotation. I arrived on time at 11:30. My vehicle was not completed until 2:45.
