David was super responsive and very helpful. I had been searching for a particular Cadillac and AutoNation got one in on a trade, I pounced on it. I live 2.5 hours away. I reached out online and I had been searching for a particular Cadillac and AutoNation got one in on a trade, I pounced on it. I live 2.5 hours away. I reached out online and David responded immediately. He sent me dozens of pictures. Answered all of my questions. We worked through all of the details of the deal before I ever hit the highway and once I arrived, everything we discussed was in place. Honest communication and great service!
