I like this dealership. They were good to deal with for my purchase. But, a word of advice. Don't rely on their website to make an appointment. Made an appointment to service my vehicle on line. I checked in on time. After a two hour wait our vehicle was brought to the service bay to be checked. Was told that the online appointment service d I checked in on time. After a two hour wait our vehicle was brought to the service bay to be checked. Was told that the online appointment service does not take into account service technicians available and that was the reason for the long wait. My only disappointment was that I was not told about the long wait. More

Sadly I brought my car in and was told that it would be a week and a half before they could LOOK at it. They were highly overwhelmed and only had 3 tech’s on staff…..Not sure how a dealership of this size su week and a half before they could LOOK at it. They were highly overwhelmed and only had 3 tech’s on staff…..Not sure how a dealership of this size survives with only 3 mechanics and service customers waiting 2 weeks for a diagnosis. Needless to say I picked my car up and took it elsewhere for the needed repairs. More
