I recently had an oil change done. The service was completed in a very timely manner. However, trying to check out was horrible. I walked in to pick up my car but my service advisor was helping someon completed in a very timely manner. However, trying to check out was horrible. I walked in to pick up my car but my service advisor was helping someone else. I understood and waited. She was obviously having a problem and kept getting up and walking away. She never once made contact with me or acknowledged that I was waiting. The advisor next to her looked at me and said she would “try” to help me once she was finished with what she was doing. She was not helping anyone else and knew I was there to pick up my car. She also got up and walked away about 3 or 4 times. It wasn’t until a third advisor on the other side came over and helped that I was able to get checked out. I stood there for about 20 minutes before being helped. Even the folks at the cashier side were not helpful. I work in customer service and would never have let a customer just wait without trying to help…. Whether my customer or not. I bought my car at this dealer and have gotten all my services done here but I don’t think I will be returning. I recommend setting up a different way of checking out than waiting a service advisor that doesn’t provide service. I commend the third advisor that finally did help me out… he happened to be new. More

I was nearly half an hour late to my 11:00am appointment for tire rotation, but Caryl, my service rep managed to squeeze me in. I talked to the Parts representative, who was helpful in researching the part for tire rotation, but Caryl, my service rep managed to squeeze me in. I also spoke with a knowledgeable EV mechanic who walked me through how the charging cable that came with my car wouldn’t work in a 240 volt outlet. All in all, I received competent, helpful information every step of the way, from competent, helpful people. I plan on returning to this dealer for all my EV Bolt’s needs. More
