I started the search process online. When I found the truck I wanted, Nikki (Courtney) and her team were able to work out the deal I wanted. When I got to the dealership it was all ready to go. No surprises. They also let me know about an additional bonus $500 off using the GM Card toward down payment. The finance guy was also very good. He told me about warranty options. We were not able to spend any more for an extended cuz we hit our budget limit but he was able to get us one that was basically free after the $1250 incentive offered with it. Everybody was nice. Nobody was pushy. All the text replies were quick. I would for sure go to Autonation again. More

I had shocks that were going to be replaced under warranty but the parts were on back order. The service advisor didn’t contact me about part arriving. I waited 6 months and then called them and the warranty but the parts were on back order. The service advisor didn’t contact me about part arriving. I waited 6 months and then called them and the shock replacement performed didn’t fix the issue of rear suspension creaking. The service manager, Gary, told me that since I was out of warranty by 3000 miles so he was unable help me. The replacement was not performed during the warranty period was because I was not informed about the arrival of the parts by the service advisor or the parts dept. So rather than having the rear suspension repaired under warranty I’ll have to pay out of pocket. It is difficult to get a hold of your service advisor directly since they can only text you from a shared number and if you use the number of the service department you get sent to a call center or a number that just rings but no one picks up. Overall I was unimpressed with my experience. More
