AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert

After test driving a vehicle we selected a different one that had leather seats and the sales person said it had a HUD which it did not. Didn’t notice till after the vehicle was delivered due to it needing that had leather seats and the sales person said it had a HUD which it did not. Both times they said could not duplicate so did nothing to try and diagnose the problem. Sent the device advisor a picture showing the camera out and asked what needed to be done for them to investigate the problem and he informed me they needed to see the problem to actually try and fix it.
