In the beginning it’s started off great. The service was good while buying the vehicle but as time went on it has become HORRIBLE. I bought my 2025 Z71 Traverse from them a year ago. Due to The service was good while buying the vehicle but as time went on it has become HORRIBLE. I bought my 2025 Z71 Traverse from them a year ago. Due to being a brand new first time father and wanting to get my wife a brand new safe SUV. It started out with an electrical problem with OnStar at the very start of buying the vehicle. Which meant the vehicle did not have any navigation which was paid for during the deal. THEN it had a leak in the radiator system. Mind you the vehicle had approximately 20,000 for mileage it was bought brand new with no mileage. They informed me I would have to pay out of pocket for the issue EVEN THOUGH. I paid approximately 10k EXTRA for full coverage and the vehicle had not even hit manufacturing warranty. Then they would reimburse me later. Due to it not being recognized yet by GM as a recall even though a lot of traverses are having the same issue. The repair was considered a 24 hour fix. ABSOLUTELY NOT! On top of everything else they told me the same thing about the a loaner vehicle. I was told it is a “privilege” for a loaner vehicle. I had to literally get in arguments with MULTIPLE different people. Then just yesterday my wife and 1 year old had to sit for 2 hours! For a simple oil change! With an APPOINTMENT TIME!! Then be told it needed an alignment and more!! Which some of the issues they told her as stated “It’s a Traverse thing”. Why don’t they tell people that when being sold! Not only did it take 2 hours for a simple oil change they wanted her and my child to wait longer for fixes!! These people are QUICK to take your money and more but as time goes on. They will argue about EVERYTHING and customer service is HORRIBLE!!! If I could go back I would have returned that traverse on a heartbeat! AND YES! I have all the receipts and proof. More
