Now, they can't help me with a refund of my last extended service contract. However, they could apply it to a new contract. Strange and suspicious to me. They will help you spend money but, not recover any. A very frustrating experience to say the least. No one willing to help or even fax copies to get my refund. UNREAL!!!! All in all, just another dealership to avoid.
