Chey was very helpful, and went the extra effort to help get the car we wanted, although we had to find it at another dealership and send him there. He was very nice. Unfortunately people seemed to blow o get the car we wanted, although we had to find it at another dealership and send him there. He was very nice. Unfortunately people seemed to blow off my husband and his concerns rather than addressing them. They simply said “that ain’t how it works.” The endless waiting while at the dealership is frustrating. I’m not sure we will be willing to go through a dealership again. There has been no improvement in the process over the past 20 years. They don’t seem to be using technology (or any other supports) to improve this experience. Thankfully our son was there to help with some of the technology paperwork. In fact, at one point Chey left us at his desk with us using his computer to try to get the identity confirmation done. Feels like it is all about getting us to commit to spending a lot of money, and not much respect for our time or concerns. I call this the “Apple” mentality—we have our product, you want it, so you suffer through whatever we want at whatever price we want. The finance guy (Daniel) made every attempt to speed things up for us, which was nice. We are very happy with the vehicle. The online shopping experiences are much more user friendly. More

I made an appointment, took my truck in for service and was told it would be a week to week and a half before they could even look at the vehicle but I had to leave the vehicle there so it was available wh was told it would be a week to week and a half before they could even look at the vehicle but I had to leave the vehicle there so it was available when they had the chance to get to it. I was also told they would not pay for a rental car until it was determined that the problem was under warranty. I called a week later and they said it would be another week and a half to two weeks before they could look at it. I called other dealerships and found one that could look at it within a day so I picked up my vehicle the following day and took it to the other dealership. Of note, one of the dealerships I called was also on a week wait but they put their customers name on a list and call them when it is their “turn” for service. This allows the customer to keep their vehicle until it is actually going to be looked at. It seems like this is a much better way to do business. Lastly, one of the items I was taking it in for was the Driver Assist which was never repaired the last time I took it in for service. I was told at that time that the technician didn’t find the problem. More
