I emailed them asking if this particular vehicle was available. It was confirmed that this vehicle was available. They even confirmed it at 8:30 AM that this vehicle was available to come down to discuss Options. When I Arrived at 9:30 AM it was confirmed that The vehicle I wanted was no longer there. They bait and switch their vehicles. They are slimy people. More

Batteries were dead in my ‘23 Chevy Silverado 2500 with only 23k miles and they got me in and out in a very short time. Nick was fantastic to work with keeping me informed of the work being done to replace only 23k miles and they got me in and out in a very short time. Very poor customer service from the service department 2 weeks ago. We took our 2017 Buick Enclave in for an alternator replacement. When we got it back, the car wouldn’t start. I had to chase down the serv weeks ago. We took our 2017 Buick Enclave in for an alternator replacement. When we got it back, the car wouldn’t start. I had to chase down the service guy and tell him to jump my car. No apology, just “well it started when the tech drove it up here.” Also I was told tire pressure system was “fixed” but in fact it was not. And to top it off my car was filled with leaves and dirt from the dust storm. No attempt to clean it or to apologize. I doubt the service guy even noticed my car was dirty. I emailed corporate and was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago. I highly recommend you avoid the service department here. Go the Mesa or a Scottsdale location and save yourself a huge headache! More
