The dealership was good however waiting 9 months for the vehicle I ordered was ludicrous. What should have happened in 5 months took 9 due to my vehicle sitting at the production plant for no reason. Plus t vehicle I ordered was ludicrous. What should have happened in 5 months took 9 due to my vehicle sitting at the production plant for no reason. Plus the plant installed the wrong engine in my new vehicle. Again, not the fault of the dealership but xxxx poor customer service from the plant in Mexico. More

I did not have to buy a car. I had a perfectly good 2018 Honda Civic , but I was interested in getting a car that was easier to get in and out of. Brevin called me to let me kno I had a perfectly good 2018 Honda Civic , but I was interested in getting a car that was easier to get in and out of. Brevin called me to let me know he had a Trax on the property, but it was not available with the options I wanted. He showed me an Equinox that I originally thought was more expensive that I wanted to spend. With a good trade in value for my car and giving me all the discounts I was entitled too, he made what I considered a fair deal and my wife and I bought the Equinox. It is very comfortable and it is really nice to slide in and out of the seats without straining. Jack Jessup More
