I absolutely LOVE my brand new Chevy Traverse and I'm not the only one! I arrived looking to upgrade our family vehicle and I did not expect to walk out with such an amazing upgrade; a brand new vehicle! Car the only one! Carlos (Benji) is so knowledgeable and clearly understood the assignment. He found just what our family needed and more importantly, what I approved of. He listened to our likes and dislikes and let us know about all of the things the car had to offer that I did not know I needed. Wireless charging area for my phone, android auto and apple carplay (best of both worlds), the 360 view, and so much more. The rearview mirror that turns into a camera is mind blowing! I did not know I needed that until we filled the back of our car to the top with our luggage for our family vacation. We all fit so comfortably and felt safe in traveling. The service we’ve received is just mediocre. Had issue with oil change tech leaving the coolant cap off and car overheated. Couldn’t find the replacement part for cap and had to rent a car for Had issue with oil change tech leaving the coolant cap off and car overheated. Couldn’t find the replacement part for cap and had to rent a car for 6 weeks. Took some fighting on my behalf to get rental paid for. Some of my expense was out of pocket. I’ve had 2 additional oil changes and sat for over 2 hours waiting and another time was told to reschedule appointment because they were short on technicians. Customer service is lacking. More
