Came in for an oil change with no appointment. They got me right in. I waited and wasn't even there an hour. Great service. Didn't even try to sell me anything else. They got me right in. I waited and wasn't even there an hour. Great service. Didn't even try to sell me anything else. More

I took my truck in Friday October 3, 2025. My 2004, 1-year old ZR2 had several service alerts and at one poing "check engine" light that went away on it's own. The radio volume would randomly stop working every other time I started my truck and also the DEF monitor was inconsistent. Service advisor Jason Buis told me the truck would be looked at on Wednesday, October 8th. Today is the 8th, I recieved a text that I was still 6 cars behind and they might look at either Thursday or Friday, and if they need parts they will need to keep my truck even longer. This is probably the case for every dealership, but if modern cars have sensors in every nook and corner, one would think why wait a full week to plug in a diagnostics tool to get some sort of status. I need my vehicle and I know chevy will hold me accountable if something goes wrong if this thing breaks, but I just got my vehicle back. Not sure if anyone will read this, but if you're so backed up let us know up front and maybe don't chew off more than you cans swallow. I don't need these guys run around and I could sense that's what I was going to get if I let them start tinkering. I will eventually take somewhere else, but I guess I should have stayed away from Chevy all along. Btw, I bought this truck from the same dealership and never going back. More
