i purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado on Feb 27, 2025, I drove the truck one week before the transmission went out. Took it to the service department immediately and had to pay for a rental for 2 days unti drove the truck one week before the transmission went out. Took it to the service department immediately and had to pay for a rental for 2 days until the warranty approved the repair. That was 6 weeks ago and my truck is still sitting on their lot. After 3 weeks I was told there are no transmissions to be found. So I took a trip down there and spoke with the used car sales manager, Dimitri. Low and behold a transmission was found within a couple of hours in Bullhead City and now I have been told that a transmission is enroute and would be here Friday (today) So I stopped by again and spoke with Gary, the service manager...at first he said that he read this moring that my transmission was still on the boat.?? What boat? I thought the tranny was coming from Bullhead City? I was assured that it would be at the dealership between tonight at 7 pm and tomorrow at 7 pm. We shall see...so as I was leaving I asked to speak with the General Manager who Joseph Asadi but they always tells me he is in a meeting....even when I am calling from their lobby and can clearly see that he is not in a meeting. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership but that doesn't seem to pull any weight. I just want my truck back and I want the repairs completed correctly. I am now emailing customer.service@autonation.com to see if I can get some type of reprieve from this situation. I am very bummed at the way this was all handled. More
