Nothing against the employees; just doing their job but I don't appreciate when a company wants me to buy a product but then implies that things will go wrong so I should spend more for an extended warranty. If you don't trust your product to be reliable then charge more and provide a better warranty (or build a better product). More

Not sure if I can honestly say I would refer the service department or not. The car was there a few years ago for the exact same problem!
