My appointment was at 10am, my truck wasn't pulled in to get worked on till after 11am. Was Quoted an hour for the time it was going to take to do the service, took almost 2 hours before I was leaving the d get worked on till after 11am. This part is not the tech fault but the tool boxes I purchased through the my Chevrolet app did not fit as described so I had to return the tool boxes. This dealership is awful. I purchased my vehicle from them and when I had a minor paint scratch on my bumper I took it to them to get it fixed. They had the car for a few days and fixed it. The bumper looked great when I got the car back. However the blind spot monitoring system was no longer working. They tried to tell me that I didn’t have that option on my vehicle. I have a high country edition and the only feature that I do not have is the in-seat entertainment. Besides that my vehicle has it all. I took my car to them 3 times over a 6 month period and they even cancelled an appointment during this time too. Each time they had the vehicle they never even touched it. Finally I got the vehicle fixed and it took them less than 6 hrs to fix it. This dealership is awful. I will never come to them again for anything. Their service sucks and their employees are extremely rude. More

Took my vehicle for 1st oil change. Told them I have an appointment at noon and was told the vehicle would be done by 1130. At 1140 I got ahold of the service writer because the tech still wasnt back to his bay and I needed my car to go to my appointment. Dont promise a time if you cant meet it. More
