Once in the showroom, Berto was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. Let’s not forget patient! The truck I reserved didn’t quite suit me and Berto helped locate a suitable replacement from a sister store and secured it! Never once did I feel pressured to buy, but rather, felt like they’re truly cared about getting me something I was happy with. Jairus was my go to guy for all questions and concerns I had about the process. Coming back into the showroom Jairus was there every step of the way. Even when I noticed a price discrepancy, he brought it over to Carmen and they got me squared away! Jairus kept us company and even washed my wife’s car while we waited to meet with Robert for financing. Top notch! Robert was also a pleasure to work with even though he had some printer issues. The GM even stepped in to diagnose the printer problem 😂. A lot of places can talk a good game, but these guys and gals follow through all while making buying a car easy and much less stressful. Never did I feel I was being sold a car, more like buying from a friend. Without a doubt, I’m planning on buying from this Autonation team again! More
Absolutely loved this place Justin my car sales man he made me so comfortable about buying a car and was willing to work with me. When I stepped foot in there I was greeted by someone who already had a cu made me so comfortable about buying a car and was willing to work with me. When I stepped foot in there I was greeted by someone who already had a customer but said he was gonna find someone for me carmax didn’t come up to me and was very rude made me cry and Chris brehm he was the nicest and explained everything to me answered all my questions definitely recommend this place!!!! Made an appointment to service my vehicle on line. I checked in on time. After a two hour wait our vehicle was brought to the service bay to be checked. Was told that the online appointment service d I checked in on time. After a two hour wait our vehicle was brought to the service bay to be checked. Was told that the online appointment service does not take into account service technicians available and that was the reason for the long wait. My only disappointment was that I was not told about the long wait. More

Sadly I brought my car in and was told that it would be a week and a half before they could LOOK at it. They were highly overwhelmed and only had 3 tech’s on staff…..Not sure how a dealership of this size su week and a half before they could LOOK at it. They were highly overwhelmed and only had 3 tech’s on staff…..Not sure how a dealership of this size survives with only 3 mechanics and service customers waiting 2 weeks for a diagnosis. Needless to say I picked my car up and took it elsewhere for the needed repairs. More
