I was fortunate to have a great advisor to work with, although I did have to ask for a discount after waiting hours just for their system to come back up. What I did not like was once the system came back up and they were able to start checking in vehicles, one of the techs(?) went around my vehicle and put another vehicle ahead of mine, although I had ben there first (since 7:30 that morning).
