I had an awful experience with AutoNation Chevrolet North. Multiple employees lied to me about when my paperwork was sent to the DMV, and when I asked for another temporary tag, they flat-out refused. North. Multiple employees lied to me about when my paperwork was sent to the DMV, and when I asked for another temporary tag, they flat-out refused. Their “solution” was for me to go to the DMV myself every day to check on their mistake. Before the sale, they called and followed up constantly to get me to buy the car. But once I signed the papers, they stopped communicating altogether and took no responsibility for their errors. It’s clear they care only about making the sale, not taking care of their customers afterward. I will never buy from this dealership—or any AutoNation location—again. More
