It is absolutely impossible to get ahold of this dealership after you've purchaced- BUT they bombard you with calls/emails/texts/smoke signals to get you to schedule an appointment for a car that en dealership after you've purchaced- BUT they bombard you with calls/emails/texts/smoke signals to get you to schedule an appointment for a car that ends up not being ready on the day you have your appointment. now that we've purchased, we cannot get ahold of anyone at the dealership to help with the replacement they said they will schedule and fix. I would not recommend this dealership because of the communication or lack there of. More

Completely unprofessional and unethical. Made up some fake scan reading and a problem to lower offer price by $1738. Problem does not exist. Put car for sale on lot the next day without any repairs or replacing the part…. Because they lied to make more money. This is how AutoNation treats people?? Unacceptable. Lack of integrity. The acquisition manager is a complete liar as are the service and sales managers. The entire group is a bunch of con artists. Do not sell or buy anything from this group. They will lie to your face and make up stories to make themselves feel like they are giving you a deal. The owners and employees should be ashamed of the image they present to the public and customers. More

The 2023 Kia Soul we purchased from them for our daughter was very clean and in excellent condition for a used car. The internet sales manager was nice enough to match a weekend sales price drop that we had was very clean and in excellent condition for a used car. The internet sales manager was nice enough to match a weekend sales price drop that we had not seen until after our daughter had completed a test drive of the car. We are happy with the speed of service while completing the paperwork and, most importantly, the clear pricing. They were also kind enough to deliver the car to her home. All in all, I would definitely recommend AutoNation Chevrolet North if you're looking for a used. More

The sales team very good and quick to please the client. I purchased a vehicle last fall I also purchased a warranty they offer me just in case I had transmission and motor issues I didn’t have to pay thous I purchased a vehicle last fall I also purchased a warranty they offer me just in case I had transmission and motor issues I didn’t have to pay thousands that was their words,I brought the car few times for engine light everything was good I pay the deductible the engine light was on again for the 4 time they make me wait 2 months for appointment when I finally got my car in the dealership it was a Tuesday they didn’t comunícate with me till Saturday to tell me they submitted a claim to the warranty department,on the following Tuesday they told me the warranty will not cover and the amount to fix my car was almost 3thousand my question is one year of paying warranty on a car they know it was defective they came with the excuse warranty is low medium and higher why they didn’t tell me this when they sold the car and the warranty they just still your money and lie to you I won’t recommend this place to anyone who is buying a use vehicle they get their vehicle from auction from every where in usa they don’t care about their costumers they just want to make money More
