My wife had a 10am appointment for an oil change well 2. 75 hours later. The price was for an oil change and 2 wipers blades was $2 short of $200. Totally unacceptable they couldn’t even give her a price until they had finished. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time I will be looking for a new place for service for this Chevy and that’s why I don’t drive a Chevy I don’t recommend this service center to anyone and if I could I will give them a -2 rating. Who charges $85 for wipers blades. Think they took advantage of her because she was a woman More

After waiting for hours, was told the tech couldn't get it to load and they would need to request help from GM and check back with them on Monday (BTW, car is running fine, so I have it). This was on a Friday (2/9). Service Department does not answer calls and all you can do is leave messages, which I did multiple times. On Wed (2/14), finally get through to the Manager David Vega, he states he will have his SM Justin call me back that afternoon (2/14)...didn't happen. Next day, left more messages, no call backs. Made an appointment with another Chevy Dealer, they got me in and the software upload went without a hitch a week later (2/21). BTW - Still no call back from West Colonial Chevy - and this is from a customer who had been using their service department for the last 6 years.....who they just lost. More

Did somebody answer the phone or call me back I asked for the general manager and the owner and they did not respond I contacted Mary Barra, General Motors, CEO, and she did not respond but referred me to a resolution specialist. All he did was say I’m so are you go through this but never did help me. He said he had trouble getting through and they never contacted him. How old is company stays in business I don’t know when I was here to pick up my vehicle, it had a dent in it, and they refused to except they did it, despite it being in their workshop, the entire three months , in addition, while I was here, another lady had her car in there for several days and was yelling because it wasn’t ready. Most regrettable experience all around. When trying to purchase my vehicle, I already had financing completed and a check ready. After explaining over 10 times that I do not want to finance When trying to purchase my vehicle, I already had financing completed and a check ready. After explaining over 10 times that I do not want to finance with them, I was still asked so many times that I almost left. Clearly coercion is a big thing in this dealership and that was really off putting. I was told since I owed tolls on my tag, it couldn’t be transferred. I was given a paper tag. Went to immediately pay my few dollars worth of tolls and was told it could have been transferred like that from the start. I called the dealership 8 times in the following weeks to transfer my tag and it has only just been done days before the paper tag expiration. Since the first week that I’ve had the car, it makes a really loud bass/rumbling noise while driving. It’s goes on and off, but more on. It gets louder than any music or an active phone call. Finally had the time to take it in yesterday and was told I would need to drop it off for a week to get looked at. If I knew that I would need a 2024 car fixed immediately after purchasing, and I would be left without a car at all, I never would’ve bought it. I looked it up and apparently , it’s a known and wide spread issue with this vehicle. I work and don’t have other options to be without a car for a week without a loaner. Last thing, the sales person , Mr Judovich advised me that I would be receiving a $500 rebate, for which I filled out information for. I have not received anything. I was also told that my sister would be receiving $100 for referring them to me. She has not received anything either. This was my first time purchasing a new car and it was a terrible experience. I will make it known how this place does business and I will not recommend to anyone. More
