My buying experience here was golden however, due to the fact that I got the warranty I use the service side as well. that is where my grievance lies. When I took my vehicle in for service and a few issues that I was having with my vehicle, they told me that it would take longer than ideal. That wasn't a huge issue, but once I got the vehicle back they had to jump start it and every issue that I had with the vehicle still remained. I am still waiting on my appointment to get my vehicle back in so that I can get this issue resolved. Again I'll reiterate, the purchasing process for me was nothing short of amazing but the service side needs a more structured system. More
