Great experience! Mr. Korey made this experience as smooth as possible. Since dropping until picking up our Jeep from service. He kept us posted on any additional service that could be needed in addition to the one we scheduled (This is what I usually expect and why I continue bringing my car to the Jeep Agency instead of any other Oil Change place in the city). This was our first experience at Autonation Jeep in Katy and won't be our last one! Facilities look clean and they make you feel comfortable. The only suggestion would like to include is to have a Coffe Bar & water available at the Customer Lounge, especially for those who could experience a longer wait time. More
