Our experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge in North Phoenix was great. Since we are from Tucson, we had to do the initial part of the buying process over email with Amani. She answered all our questions and we worked out a price and trade in before even stepping into the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership Amani was not available but Naomi stepped in and helped us and she was amazing and friendly. From the test drive to the paperwork our experience was 5 stars and above. We have already given our experience and recommendation for some friends looking to buy a car. More

Gaston and Dan were great, as well as finance! Decided to trade in an alternate vehicle and come back next day. They had no pressure and looked forward to the following day. Even though They answered my questions, they were miss leading on how they were going to get my contact my bank and obtain my loan. The dealership went upon their own to obtain a credit app without my c leading on how they were going to get my contact my bank and obtain my loan. The dealership went upon their own to obtain a credit app without my consent even though I stated and initialed not to open a credit application or run my credit. Terrible experience would never recommend this dealership too anyone. More
