After reading all reviews, I will not go into detail about my experience until I get my vehicle back. Because I reacted to the poor level of customer service, this service department Has dragged their feet for three weeks. Never return calls. Won’t give status updates. Recently told its almost ready and when I followed up, the vehicle was taken apart. I can only imagine the retaliatory “findings” they give me next. I also feel the positive reviews are written by friends and family because my experience is spot on with those of negative experiences. Bottom line. They do not care. The service writers frustrate customers and get a thrill because there is no accountability. If you read the responses to negative reviews, it seems complaints fall on deaf ears. I write this to encourage potential clients to seek assistance elsewhere. You may just get better service finding a mechanic in an alley of south Phoenix. You WILL grow frustrated easily and you won’t get positive results. Definitely not the friendly service I expect. Negative reviews are spot on. More

I went for my first oil change on a brand-new vehicle. Carl was very nice, even though I was frustrated about "losing" the remaining uses of a prior Mopar service contract that I had purchased when I had Carl was very nice, even though I was frustrated about "losing" the remaining uses of a prior Mopar service contract that I had purchased when I had another vehicle. He helped me out by giving me the phone number of who to contact. He also found another special offer for the same type of contract. Although he initially quoted me almost 2 hrs for an oil change (which is a long time), my vehicle was finished sooner. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service. The one thing that was confusing for me and the service advisor was the new contactless "check-in" process. I checked in prior to arriving and got instructions to park in the customer parking area and leave my keys in the dropbox. When I arrived, there was no designated parking area and I wasn't sure about the process, so I followed the usual procedures. Carl told me that this was a new thing and they weren't even sure how it worked yet. Hopefully, they will get this figured out soon. I also received a follow-up phone call from Steve, the service manager, who advised me to call him directly if Mopar is not able to help me with the service contract issue. His offer to help was much appreciated and I will definitely do that if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution. More
I have been bringing my Jeep to this dealership for service since I purchases it brand new in 2017. After this last time, I will never take my car there again. Nicholas was absolutely rude, the minute service since I purchases it brand new in 2017. After this last time, I will never take my car there again. Nicholas was absolutely rude, the minute I walked in for my appointment he held his finger in the air to stop me. His approach was extremely rude from start to finish. 2 previous service advisors had promised me a service discount for all future services, which have been applied in the past and he was able to see. He fought me on it for quite some time and did not want to offer it again. He even put down the advisors I previously worked with. My vehicle was dropped off at 4 pm which was my appointment time, and he said it takes about an hour to be ready, and they close at 6 pm, but that I have to leave my car overnight because he cannot get it done as scheduled. To top it off, usually they run your car through a car wash at the end of each service (at least they did every single time the past 4 years), and when I picked up my car it was FILTHY. Never again. My first time to use this dealership. I went to get oil change. When I got home I decided to look under the hood. There was oil spilled on the engine and a puddle of oil by the oil cap. They could have change. When I got home I decided to look under the hood. There was oil spilled on the engine and a puddle of oil by the oil cap. They could have cleaned that up but didn't. I cleaned it up. I'm not impressed. Also left an oil ring where they sat the oil cap during service. Service advisor was nice. More

To start, the service department is extremely difficult to find. It’s at the end of a long street and not marked well. Also, the customer service is terrible. I was never greeted when I arrived for my serv to find. It’s at the end of a long street and not marked well. Also, the customer service is terrible. I was never greeted when I arrived for my service appointment. I finally (after sitting & waiting in my car) had to get up and walk inside to state my arrival for an appointment only to be told to wait outside by my car and he would be out. After waiting again, my advisor came out and had no idea what I was there for. Apparently when you schedule an online service appt. there is no record available for the service advisor. I was there for my 20,000 maintenance but was talked out of that and only ended up with an oil change and tire rotation. The appt. took about 2 hours of which 1 hour my car sat in the parking lot with the window down AFTER the service was completed. My car was then returned, I paid and got home to realize there was oil/grease handprints all over the outside of the car and one grease fingerprint on the interior headliner. Completely unacceptable! I called and was told to bring my car back in for a detail to address the issues. Not one single person ever apologized for the condition in which my car was returned and to top it all off, the grease print did not come out of the interior. My car is less than 2 years old and I am beyond frustrated at this point. More
