Terrible customer service I have been a customer for the past 2 years and never had been treated so bad. Had an appointment which when I arrive they check me in and they inform someone was going to be be so past 2 years and never had been treated so bad. Had an appointment which when I arrive they check me in and they inform someone was going to be be soon with me waiting almost 30 min to someone I think it was Samual came and ask what I need to get done which I already had explain in the appt. but I explain which was an oil change tire rotation and inspection point. Also I had some issue with the screen on dashboard glitching which he inform will take 4 days and when I ask about the rental he said no they didn’t have one which early when the appt was made they inform I will be having one. And he just told he had 43 people waiting and he could do anything. So I just to do the maintenance which I was inform it will take 1 hr 30 min and to just go and wait. Really unprofessional. I went to ask about my car again and also to inform that I had the coverage he was rude and then he told my car wasn’t going to be ready until 2hr 30 min and ask so what the whole point of me making an appt and then you telling a time which it’s not true and also when I made an appt I ask for a rental and they confirm because I need for my work. He just nodded and didn’t even care. And he rudely tells me I didn’t even had an appt. which I was showing him the email and confirmation number and that everything I was telling him was a lie. Which he already had confirm the appt and my name was showing on the list. Never ever going back again. And will never recommend! More

Scheduled car for oil change two weeks in advance. Waited over an hour before I checked to find out they had no oil filters. Told it should be any minute.
