It's really sad, this is a great place to purchase a vehicle but poor when it comes to service and maintenance. I had a scheduled appointment on yesterday which was for 11am. I arrived on time for my vehicle but poor when it comes to service and maintenance. I had a scheduled appointment on yesterday which was for 11am. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told it would take at max 3hrs for and oil change and service. Well after waiting for 3hrs, my car was in the exact same spot it was when they took it back. The never touched it after taking it back to start the work which was under a specialty warranty service. I was very disappointed, it was a total waste of my time. So one star is being generous. More

Carl Ross is awesome!! Anytime I have an issue with my Ram he gets my truck in and makes sure it is fixed when I get it back. If there are any issues after the fact he makes it right. Reserved a vehicle online to to trade me vehicle In on. When I showed up for my appointment I was told vehicle had just been taken to the shop so they could look it over before it would be available to pur When I showed up for my appointment I was told vehicle had just been taken to the shop so they could look it over before it would be available to purchase so I would have to come back Saturday. I got a email in regards to bringing my truck in for appraisal and replied asking if the vehicle of interest would be ready when I came in. They responded telling me the vehicle had been sold before it even went to the shop. They still would like to purchase my vehicle so they would see me Saturday. Pretty much a bait switch situation to just get me in so they could low ball me on my vehicle. I highly suggest doing business elsewhere that deserves your hard earned money and that cares about their customers unlike this place. More
