This place is horrific corporate mess, and stay away if you can. Sales is basicaly incompetent bunch, where you will waste a day, and they will still be incapable of completing the sale, cash in hand. But you can. Sales is basicaly incompetent bunch, where you will waste a day, and they will still be incapable of completing the sale, cash in hand. But God help you if you need any service/repairs, or added acessories from their service and parts department. Holy cow!!! Two-2 months to try to schedule thousands of dollars of service work and upgrades, cant even manage to set you up with a rental vehicle. And then after 2 months they call that they have loaner, but can you be here right away, because they cant hold the rental for you. This place would be much better if they had some robots and vending machines dispensing cars, as that would be a huge improvement-not sure how they even mange to survive with zero customer service. Fortunately, there are still privately owned Ram dealers down the road, where they take pride im customer service. Too bad that you cant give them zero stars for rating. More
Went in a couple weeks ago to see about test driving a new Jeep Wrangler. I walked in the showroom and after about 10 minutes a gentlemen approached me and asked if I had been helped. I told him no, but I new Jeep Wrangler. I walked in the showroom and after about 10 minutes a gentlemen approached me and asked if I had been helped. I told him no, but I was looking to test drive a Wrangler. He kind of laughed at me and with an attitude said "Do we have any in stock?" I was a bit shocked, so I turned around and left. I understand there is a bit of a shortage on new cars right now, but that is absolutely no way to earn future business. I will not return to this dealership. More
Buy somewhere else! Sales manager JB was not truthful and misrepresented the financial institution. Car had a potentially serious safety issue despite being a supposedly certified vehicle, and AutoNation nev misrepresented the financial institution. Car had a potentially serious safety issue despite being a supposedly certified vehicle, and AutoNation never addressed that. More
Been 30 days and lien has not been paid off on our trade in and will effect our credit. Autonation can’t figure out why! We contacted the AZ Attorney General and reported consumer fraud and will be filing a in and will effect our credit. Autonation can’t figure out why! We contacted the AZ Attorney General and reported consumer fraud and will be filing a breach of contract with our attorney. Once our paperwork was done and they received $73k they turned into a disaster. “What can we do to make it right?” How about your job?!?!?! We also bought a used vehicle with a warranty through them and it has an obvious safety issue that they can’t seem to figure out how to fix either after we gave specific details and photos. They had the car for 2 days and never popped the hood. Showed up fir our appointment only to be told we didn’t have an appointment. Still not fixed! More

Joseph, Jonathan, and Jared have shown the poor service and lacked any help to do things right. A cancelled extended warranty from October and a bunch of lies, misinformation, and ignoring me. My beautiful, Delmonico Red truck named Clifford has caused nothing but problems. Their team blames their poor accounting that had lost my $3500 refund since October and then they had the nerve to tell me to go and collect it from the old lender they sent it to which has been paid off for years. What a joke. What a shame to take advantage of me. More
Bought a 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins cash in Sept. w Jared Senna as salesman, good guy and I think the problems start after he passes it on as process takes a nose dive after paperwork is done. I am still wai Senna as salesman, good guy and I think the problems start after he passes it on as process takes a nose dive after paperwork is done. I am still waiting on reciept of title. Calls to the dealership tell me its my responsibility to call DMV to obtain, this is after I am assured they will complete the process. I am transfered to a managment phone line where no on has ever answered. I paid this dealership title and license fees but the process is left unfinished and up to me to complete. What does it take to get this done? I want a refund of my title and license fees to accomodate my efforts to complete this transaction. Funny thing is, this could be the best dealer in town, but sadly are not. More

The upmost worst service you will ever receive from the sales ( empty promises ) to service center keeping your vehicle for 2 weeks then tell you they can't find your issue. God help you if you try to to sales ( empty promises ) to service center keeping your vehicle for 2 weeks then tell you they can't find your issue. God help you if you try to to do the right thing and speak with the G.M rather than posting a review. The man literally acts like he is a God and you beneath him. I would rather take an Uber or the Bus ! More
I just bought an AutoNation certified used Honda Civic, and the experience was exceptional. All their staff, from the sales person, to the manager, to the service department, to the contract writer, were and the experience was exceptional. All their staff, from the sales person, to the manager, to the service department, to the contract writer, were friendly, agreeable, extremely competent and gave excellent service. They quickly provided the vehicles I had selected online for road testing. My salesperson wrote all my comments (the air conditioning on the car I selected seemed week) and then immediately reported all my concerns to their service department. They found the car needed a freon refill and discovered a defect in the A/C compressor, that they promptly corrected. I also needed auto insurance, and they connected me with an excellent GEICO representative who in 20 minutes was able to provide me with a high level of insurance at a bargain price (I had checked prices online the night before shopping and the premium I received from GEICO was about 40% less then the AARP discounted price, for the same level of coverage). Talk about full service! I had to leave as they were installing my new A/C compressor, so my sales person promptly delivered the car to my home in the evening, after work hours. Just for reference, my sales person was Eduardo Escobido and the Service Manager who oversaw the prompt corrective work was Floyd Brown. More
Lied about warranty, disinterested manager and service mgt. Purchased "Lifetime Warranty" (no mileage limit), refused to repair calling it "normal wear" after I refused other non-warranty services they offered. Purchased "Lifetime Warranty" (no mileage limit), refused to repair calling it "normal wear" after I refused other non-warranty services they offered. Service manager Eric Wentworth said it had over 100K miles and the warranty company denied the claim and called it "normal wear". Chrysler warranty said the service dept. called it "normal wear". One or both are lying. Talked to Dealership manager Tom Schnelle. He gave me a lot of lip service, agreed it was a problem and that Chrysler is doing that to everyone with that warranty because they nearly went broke trying to cover it. More
