Lied about warranty, disinterested manager and service mgt. Purchased "Lifetime Warranty" (no mileage limit), refused to repair calling it "normal wear" after I refused other non-warranty services they offered. Purchased "Lifetime Warranty" (no mileage limit), refused to repair calling it "normal wear" after I refused other non-warranty services they offered. Service manager Eric Wentworth said it had over 100K miles and the warranty company denied the claim and called it "normal wear". Chrysler warranty said the service dept. called it "normal wear". One or both are lying. Talked to Dealership manager Tom Schnelle. He gave me a lot of lip service, agreed it was a problem and that Chrysler is doing that to everyone with that warranty because they nearly went broke trying to cover it. More

Copies of these contracts we not in the packet of documents provided us from their finance department. After several attempts we did get copies of these contracts and found they were all stamped "E-Signed". we were at the dealership late that day and did not agree to have anything E-signed. We have been trying to get these contracts cancelled and are getting no response from the dealership. We will be reaching out to the Arizona Attorney Generals Office to see if they might get these folks to cancel these contracts and perhaps investigate if any laws were violated in this transaction. Never buy a car here!!! I was quite irritated to have driven down there without knowing any of this event though a sales rep had called me about my interest in the truck. I was very interested and wanted to buy it, ready to take off the lot that day so long as it drove well and had no issues, I came in twice with the intention of purchasing. The truck still hadn't been through inspection and I had to put down 500 on this truck I could not even test drive to get them to put it in for quick inspection, very frustrating. I came in to drive the truck for the first time 2 days after it had been inspected and took it off the lot that evening cause it was a great truck. The check engine light came on the next day and I had the manager call me because even though on my paperwork it said emissions had been done, it was skipped, they say that's why my engine light came on. I had a great sales person Svetlana and she was wonderful, helping me get the truck quickly. I love the truck, and the sales team but the organization could definitely be a little better....... this is a part 2 of my review, this dealership was absolutely unprepared and un organized in every way. Dropped of the truck i purchased so they could fix it. They had it for over a week and i was called one time with an update, every time i had to call them i was told that "sales person/manager is busy, they will call you back" not once did someone call me back unless i repeatedly called and waited for hours, they ended up deciding AFTER A WEEK after i bought the truck that the transmission is junk and were trying to sell me a newer truck with the same miles. The miles were high on the truck i bought, why would i want them even higher technically on a newer one. The manager was going to charge me more for it as well until my sales rep told him how awful that is seeing as i already bought one for less money. They gave me "good news" and were gonna sell it to me at the price i already had for the one they no longer wanted to sell me, this truck also had not been through inspection or was ready to leave lot. The general manager was clearly not wanting to deal with me and i could hear him talkng to my sales rep about me and having a attitude with her because i was mad and wanted to talk to him about this whole situation, i quote "i dont know what you want me to tell her i already talked to her on the phone". They need to learn how to talk to and communicate to customers. They lost this deal 100% , i cancelled and will never EVER return or recommend this place to anyone again. Rude and ridiculous all the way around, this was my first time trying to get and finance a vehicle, and it has left a very terrible feeling surrounding all this. I now have to search and find another truck after this dealership jerked me around and wasted my time and money, hope they like bad business. More

Worst experience a bunch of liars and cowards Where to start... called on Sunday inquiring about a Dodge Challenger RT Shaker Plus In sublime green that they had listed at a very reasonable price. Where to start... called on Sunday inquiring about a Dodge Challenger RT Shaker Plus In sublime green that they had listed at a very reasonable price. I was a willing buyer and was not even going to attempt to negotiate. They said the car was still available but could not be sold until it made its rounds through their certification process. I said that’s fine and that I would like to reserve the car. I reserved it on their site and asked if they would like me to bring money down to hold it, they said that’s not necessary. They said it would be done Monday and we scheduled for 530pm. At 5:02pm they call me and say it’s not done yet but would be Tuesday... same story on Tuesday... finally on Wednesday I go in and they again said that it’s not ready but we filled out paperwork to make the buy day faster including my credit application... I left thinking it must be done tomorrow since we did paperwork.....Now Thursday I call and someone who had nothing to do with our deal told me they sold it on Wednesday (I was there Wednesday). So I tell them to get my salesman on the phone... finally he fessed up they sold it to someone else despite me having it reserved and waiting for it to be done for almost a week. I’m a busy student and wasted hours and hours while these liars jerked me around. Only got a insincere apology and I hope we don’t lose your business spill.... well you did and everyone is going to know about this. Congrats autonation north Phoenix you win the worst dealership of the year award. More

Worthless and Unsatisfactory Customer Service I inquired about a vehicle out of state in hopes of being able to make the deal with this AutoNation. Initially the conversation I had with the Sales I inquired about a vehicle out of state in hopes of being able to make the deal with this AutoNation. Initially the conversation I had with the Sales Rep went great. He said that he would be able to help with a purchase on the vehicle in question. After checking the availability, he took my information and was going to work the numbers and get back with me. When I did finally hear back the following day, I received the email with the cost breakdown from a completely different individual with numbers on my trade-in being completely different than the original. Trying to get a hold of the sales person I was working with, I was notified that he was off for the next couple of days but that the numbers would be adjusted. Another day went by without hearing from the dealership. At this time the vehicle had been pulled from the inventory an no longer for sale. Again I attempted to the person I was working with only to received yet another email from a completely different person trying to sell me a different vehicle. Needless to say the communication and customer service at this location is trash, to say the least! You are better off going next door or across the street to the other dealerships. Will not return here or any other AutoNation. More

My wife recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger RT from another dealership. She found that she had constant signal interference/static on any FM radio station that she tuned to. She had taken it to other dealerships only to be disappointed. Since I had such a positive experience with purchasing a used truck at AutoNation CDJRF last month, I offered to take it to their Service Dept on my way to work. Our Service Advisor, Matt, gained my confidence immediately. Not only was he professional, courteous, and attentive; he also displayed great empathy and concern for my wife's troubling experience with other dealerships. It took a couple of days, but Matt kept us informed every step of the way, and they were able to resolve the issue. From now on, we will bring both of our vehicles here for service! Thank you AutoNation CDJRF!!! More
A Five-Star Buying Experience I had a wonderful buying experience here. They are conveniently located near my work, so I dropped by after work one evening. The Salesman with whom I had a wonderful buying experience here. They are conveniently located near my work, so I dropped by after work one evening. The Salesman with whom I had initially been in contact with, Don Seefried, was off that day; no worries, Alyssa was amazing. She helped me arrange a test drive, answered all of my questions, helped me reserve my vehicle, and never once tried to pressure me. When I returned to make my purchase, Don was leaving for the day as he had just returned from an out of state trip to retrieve a vehicle for another customer, so he was exhausted. No worries, I completed my purchase with the help of Anthony "Tony" Torres. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and also never once tried to pressure me. I highly recommend Auto Nation. Their no haggle pricing, reserve policy, and return policy all set the standard that all other car dealers should follow. In the future, my wife and I will purchase all of our vehicles from this dealership. More
Incompetent and lazy If it were possible to give a negative star rating, I would. This service center would get -4 stars from my last two experiences. Bought a brand new r If it were possible to give a negative star rating, I would. This service center would get -4 stars from my last two experiences. Bought a brand new ram limited. $57k truck. Shortly after we bought it (2weeks) we started hearing the brakes squeeking as if the pads had worn down. We made an appointment and took it in. When we arrived they said they didn’t have us on the schedule. They went back and forth with my wife over whether she even made the appointment which was the first sign that this place was going to be terrible. They took the truck in at noon on Friday and at the end of the day, we had no call to let us know what was going on or when we are going to get the vehicle back. We called 5 times with no answer or response all within normal operating hours. Had to track down the manager if the lot to find someone to call me back. Didn’t get the vehicle back until the end of the following day. They said they were unable to duplicate the squeek and wouldn’t be changing the pads. As i was driving home, lo and behold, the squeek returns. We were having some other issues with the Uconnect system so I made another appointment a few weeks later and met with a different service advisor “Rocket.” They said they were wide open on their schedule for Friday and i could pick any appointment time. I chose 10am and arrived at 9 because i finished work early. Again, at the end of the day, no call or update from Rocket to tell me what is going on. i finally get him to call me back and ge says nobody has had a chance to look at it. After I complained to him about the supposedly wide open schedule, he offers me a rental car and makes it seem as if he’s going above and beyond by offering this and that the average time that a vehicle is in their shop is 3 days. Of course they don’t tell you this when you make an appointment. Guess what, on Saturday, no call to let me know what is going on. End if the day, Rocket calls and says there is still one car in front of you, I’ll let you guys keep the rental. Oh thanks Rocket. You’re a hero. Monday, no call until the end of the day. STILL one car in front of you. Unbelievable. Tuesday, call at noon. “ Got your Uconnect rebooted and now we will get it to the brakes guy.” Wednesday, call at 1pm. We weren’t able to duplicate the squeeking in your brakes... it’s a brand new truck. Ive owned it for less than a month. Just change the darn pads and be done with it. I will be filing a formal complaint with autonation and I will be asking for the dealership manager to meet me when I go to pick up the truck tonight. More
