I do have a disability that can make a big difference in my ability to drive, so she made sure that it was a vehicle I'm able to use without an issue. Her and her partner, Damian(?), were great, and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish, even while we had to work with a friend of mine out of state. THANK YOU! More

Maureen in service told me she would order the part for the steering recall and call me back to schedule a return. After one week I called her and she did not return my call. I have repeatedly called her on a daily basis since then and she has yet to even return my call. It's been three weeks. Very poor customer service. Left in the dark with no return call. More
Not Worth Your Time - Signed Papers but No Car After countless days of email correspondence with one of the sales managers, I went in to test drive a Challenger RT with a competitors deal in ha After countless days of email correspondence with one of the sales managers, I went in to test drive a Challenger RT with a competitors deal in hand. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and then spent the next 3 HOURS trying to finalize a lease agreement. As far as I'm concerned, this is far too much time to spend merely discussing pricing. I was shown a car in a color I'd already stated I wasn't interested in, but AutoNation assured me that they would have a Challenger RT Plus in the color I wanted delivered at no additional cost (required window tint fee would be equivalent to transport/delivery fee). This sounded perfectly reasonable, so I moved forward with completing the necessary paperwork. Upon signing the credit check form and the official offer, that I spent an additional hour waiting to have written up, I was told that they couldn’t reach their other location to secure that vehicle, but would secure it the next morning. The next morning, I received a text from the sales person stating that he was unable to secure the vehicle and that management had given him the “impression he would be able to get that vehicle for me”. Now, over 36 hours later, management has yet to find a resolution. Resolution aside, they have not even offered an alternative. This has been an utter waste of time–time that could have been spent finalizing an agreement at a more reputable dealership. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Frank F More

It wasn't typical at all - our salesman was Jerry Peterson and he was awesome. He never pressured us, he just asked us questions and provided honest answers (surprisingly honest in fact - how refreshing!) He's a gentleman and a pleasure to work with - it wasn't long before he had our trust, and he sold us a SUPER Jeep! Every time I see it I get excited all over again. The finance process was as painless as I could ask for, and Jerry hung around the entire time to make sure we got everything we wanted - and only what we wanted. The next time I'm looking for a Jeep I know exactly where I'm headed first. It changed the way I feel about dealerships (for now anyhow! :)) More
These reviews do not surprise me...they are the worst dealer You know I was referred by a friend to go and see "John Senter" who did nothing but lie and make false promises. They never fixed anything they were You know I was referred by a friend to go and see "John Senter" who did nothing but lie and make false promises. They never fixed anything they were supposed to, screwed me out of a key and just flat out the worst customer service you could ever receive from a dealership. And their telemarketing practices to harass people are not funny. I have asked them to stop calling me several times and they call right back as if it's a joke. Steer clear of this dealership unless you want to be screwed over. There are many other dealerships in this area where I have sent friends that will actually follow up and appreciate your business and actually value you as a client. The kinds that earn your business and respect. This dealership, I wish I could give it negative stars. More
Untrustworthy, Horrible Follow-Through, Bad Experience I will NEVER again purchase another vehicle from AutoNation Jeep North Phoenix on Bell Road off the I-17. Terrible Customer Service @ AutoNation What a pathetic excuse of a service department ! "Customer Service" is more like, "Bend over and grab your ankles". I've never seen any customer servi What a pathetic excuse of a service department ! "Customer Service" is more like, "Bend over and grab your ankles". I've never seen any customer service department, in any business, with the sheer utter contempt for its customers, that these jokers have. My wife dropped off her Dodge pickup for a recall on Thursday night. Maureen was the service writer, and Maureen told my wife that she would call my wife on Friday when the vehicle was done. My wife never received a call back on Friday, so she called and left a voicemail in the afternoon to see if the truck was ready, but no one returned the call. We decided to wait until Saturday morning, and the no communication from Auto Nation continued. When my wife FINALLY got through to a live person on Saturday early morning, the person told her, that the repair order for the truck had not been updated in the computer system, since it was originally entered on Thursday and would make sure that a return phone call to us would be a priority. With the revelation that there was no computer update, we had no way of knowing if the truck was finished or not, and never got that elusive call back. By late morning, decided to head up there. A manager in the service department approached us, and I shared the events and my frustration, and he didn't have anything to say and didn't want to talk to me. It appears that he must hear this all the time. Maureen came over, told us our truck was ready and that she had called my wife on Friday morning to tell her the truck was ready. Funny, my wife never received a call. I wonder whose name was on the "voicemail" that Maureen allegedly called ??? When I shared my frustrations with Maureen about not being able to get in touch with a live person in service, she told us that for "next time", she would give us the "secret" phone number to get in touch with her. If a business has to use a "secret phone number" knowing that no one will answer the main number, their days are numbered. If Auto Nation actually cared and paid attention to taking care of the customers in the first place when they bring their vehicles in for service, then they wouldn't need to use the internet to try to do damage control. What a pitiful excuse for a business. With this kind of service, there is NO WAY I'd ever buy a car from these people who are only interested in the money they make and not taking care of their customers. More
No time for follow up questions after the sale. Last week I bought a Ram 1500 and put down $20, 000 cash. I needed help for a simple product knowledge question. 4 phone calls over a one week time Last week I bought a Ram 1500 and put down $20, 000 cash. I needed help for a simple product knowledge question. 4 phone calls over a one week time were not even returned and the receptionist got mad at me for finally asking for a live person. I bought my wife's new Towne and Country last year at Larry Miller, 30 miles closer to where I live and they continually have followed up with my wife to make sure that she is happy. My advise, avoid the United Airlines type of customer respect that Autonation has and deal with a dealership that supports the community and, perhaps more important, their customers. More
