Overall, they did a pretty good job. Theo went above and beyond with our purchase. The issue I have is with Mario. Since I spoke “briefly” with him online, he put my name in the spot book, he gets half of the sale. He is also the main contact. He has been less then helpful. Theo has done all of the communication. And is making the appt to get the tires fixed that Mario should have done. The process was fairly painless minus getting the correct tires (which have still not been installed), and key made. If you go here speak with Theo, he will get you taken care of. More

Awful experience with Service. We have bought 20+ cars from different Autonation dealerships over the last 15 for different family members. This service department was a level of awfulness we have never seen before. Jeep was dropped off and they had it over a month. They wouldn’t return calls we had to text, call and go in person. Service rep and service manager all gave us no communication. They even went so far as to ignore us and put a used transmission in Jeep when their own Extended warranty covered a new. We finally got the Jeep after a month and left with a used part. Lots of blame and deflection. Wouldn’t take ownership of their mistakes. We will never use them again and has soured us on Autonation in general. More

Poor communication in service department. I have never experienced it. I went there to find out what was wrong with my car. I called for three days and find out the number that was given to m I have never experienced it. I went there to find out what was wrong with my car. I called for three days and find out the number that was given to me must have a fake number and voice mail. After calling and speaking to the appointment dept, I finally got answer. It took a week to get an answer on what was wrong with my car. Then I had to call to find out when my car was ready. To find out that the service adivsor was dialing the wrong area code. I know that the advisor was new but someone should have help him out. I've gone to this dealership for service before but never have I had the experience this time around. Need some approvements on communication with the customers. More
