Overall, they did a pretty good job. Theo went above and beyond with our purchase. The issue I have is with Mario. Since I spoke “briefly” with him online, he put my name in the spot boo Theo went above and beyond with our purchase. The issue I have is with Mario. Since I spoke “briefly” with him online, he put my name in the spot book, he gets half of the sale. He is also the main contact. He has been less then helpful. Theo has done all of the communication. And is making the appt to get the tires fixed that Mario should have done. The process was fairly painless minus getting the correct tires (which have still not been installed), and key made. If you go here speak with Theo, he will get you taken care of. More
