Usually It's not fun having your car recalled for fixing and/or updates, but these guys really made it the best customer service celebration one can hope for. I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee for catalytic converter replacement and software update. I was checked in fast and right on time, and was told the process might take all day. However, by 1pm the car was all fixed and ready, so not only I did not pay a cent, I did not loose a whole work day like I was prepared to. The service team was superb, and well deserve the 5 star rating. To be honest, I would give them 10 stars if that was an option... :) More

I was looking to trade in my 2017 Chevy Trax. I was on Autonation.com and saw a 2018 Jeep Renegade, with 5878 miles. I clicked on contact store and got an E-mail. The store is in Phoenix Arizona and I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I sent an E-mail saying, I work nights, off Tuesday, Wednesday and I will be there Tuesday July 19th. I got an E-mail Friday July 15th saying see you then. Monday July 18, I get up at 5PM, got ready and went to work. I get off work, changed clothes and drove to Phoenix. Auto Nation Jeep Dodge opens at 9AM. I gave them the keys to my car, so I could get a trade in quote. The Jeep I was buying was not there, it was still being driven by the older couple that was leasing it. I test drove a "similar" 2018 Jeep Renegade. I got the extended warranty. I finally got the Jeep at about 12:30PM, I had been up almost 20 hours. I did not get a sales receipt a copy of my warranty or my license plate and drove home. I called to get the sales receipt, got a machine and left a message. The next day I E-mailed, requesting a copy of the sales receipt. The last day that the temporary tags were good for, I had to threaten to get a lawyer. I got an E-mail saying my 2018 Chevy Trax registration was due. I spent 3 hours at DMV to "surrender" my license plate I no longer had. I got a letter in the mail from DMV saying, I had to show proof of insurance on the Chevy Trax, that I no longer had. I had to spend another 3 hours at DMV to say I no longer have the Chevy Trax. One day my backup camera/radio was acting up. I took the Jeep to a Jeep dealer, I was told I could take the Jeep to any Jeep dealer for the warranty. The Jeep dealer me what kind of warranty I had. I sent an E-mail to Auto Nation Jeep Dodge in Phoenix, Arizona to send me a copy of my warranty. Guess what no response. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM AUTO NATION JEEP DODGE IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA. I made a copy to send a separate E-mail to everyone I know to start a CHAIN MAIL More
