Had a low oil viscosity code which is triggered by mileage. When that happens it turns off the regeneration DPF cycle. In a short period of time the dpf filter is full must take to dealer. All this crap because I forgot to reset the oil change mileage Service writer gave me a bunch of bull about oil change. And viscosity. My wife was stuck out of town had to pay for to nite stay in a hotel all this because the oil change reminder wasn’t reset. I found all this information on the web the dealer service writer didn’t now zip. Don’t use this dealer More

I had a little trouble with website in the beginning. I sent message for return call and they called me. They made sure that the appointment was set and offered coupons site for additional savings. Appointment was timely and my service rep (Uriel) was attentive, answered my questions and called me back when all service was done. I had several items completed and the car drives better than it did on the way in. Very Pleased! Never felt any pressure. All my items were completed and no additional items were needed.
