Over all we were very happy with the service department. Felt they were very accurate and fair on what service needed to be done. Very professional! I only have one small complaint - I had the front brakes Felt they were very accurate and fair on what service needed to be done. Very professional! I only have one small complaint - I had the front brakes replaced and was a little surprised that they didn't notice that my one of my brake lights was out. My husband spotted it as soon as we drove away since he followed me. Just would have thought they would have caught this in the over all inspection. More

Service appointment was great, Carl was great. MY shocks were weeping oil and apparently its not covered under warranty unless they are actually leaking oil on to the ground.
