I'm attempting to contact the General Manager. When calling this number, I get sent into an infinite loop of recording. There is so much wrong about your dealership! If the GM really wanted to speak with me, he/she would give me a direct number. This is ridiculous. No matter what selection I make, I get someone's voice mail, 0 sends me right back to the infinite loop.

I was able to get through to someone in new car sales who took a messsge for the General Manager. He called me back and I shared my terrible experience with him. He was very empathetic and said that the new Service Director may be reaching out as well. Indeed he did and I gave him my firsthand account of my experience. Both individuals assured me that my experience will be better next time.
