If I could give this dealership 0 starts I would! ! From the very beginning I knew I should’ve stayed away, but I gave this dealership the benefit of the doubt!! My sales person Amani Walton is HORRI ! From the very beginning I knew I should’ve stayed away, but I gave this dealership the benefit of the doubt!! My sales person Amani Walton is HORRIBLE, from the start she was! She would take forever to reply to me about giving me updates about the sale. I got the deal days later, bought the car December 30th, first week into January my check engine light came on. I got it diagnosed and there is a leak in the engine and my clutch pump needs to get fixed ($1000) worth of work plus labor at Audi. I texted amani right away when the issues started happening, she said everything would be taken care of as I got an extended warranty, come to mind that was on January 15th. It’s now March 5th and amani has not returned mine or my husbands calls/texts!! We call the dealership and there’s never any managers available and I don’t live in phx so I can’t just walk in and tell them to fix the problem! I’m more then 100% sure that they’re dodging and ducking us to make sure they don’t pay for our services! This whole dealership and it’s employees are a JOKE! once the sale is done, they dont care about you! Now that they got your money, they dont care what piece of crap car they sold you! And the fact that I was going to have my family buy cars from this place! I’m so happy I changed their minds! More

I am very impressed with this dealership, especially after dealing with the dealership in Fresno, CA for years. Here's why: 1. It was easy to make an appointment. 2. When I arrived it did not take long for my service advisor, Ahmed, to greet me with a smile on his face and take care of me. By the way, Ahmed was great to work with! 3. The work was done quickly and as far as I know correctly. 4. The communication was outstanding. 5. They even washed my truck at no extra cost! 6. Ahmed went over everything in the inspection with me. If there was anything I could pick apart was when I arrived, they had to check to be sure there was enough of the diesel oil and a filter available. I would hope that they would have been 100% sure since I drove about 15 miles to the dealership and my wife was on her way to pick me up. But everything was ok. Not only will I continue to use this dealership for service, they are the ones I will likely deal with when it comes time for a new vehicle.
