I brought my Jeep to Autonation 2 months ago because the steering was not right, I was told it needed a certain part and I needed tires and an alignment. The Jeep is under warranty… I paid 1500 for tires and an alignment… took the car to Mexico and the steering was still messed up. Brought the car back over two weeks ago and didn’t hear anything.. I drive up there after a week because they don’t return phone calls..and they said .. it needs steering dampers and guess what???? An alignment. BS. I told Ahmed it JUST had an alignment. He made some calls etc… I left , a week later after I called and called and called but they never return phone calls.. so I drive up there again and they said .. we are waiting on the parts and they won’t be in until 7/18. Are you kidding?!?! You have had my car for over two weeks and you’re just now letting me know it’s going to be another 3 weeks! Ridiculous. I told Ahmed I need my car so just call me when the part is in. Yeah right… he won’t call. He never does. More

Quality of customer service at AutoNation North Phoenix has deteriorated considerably since my last visit in December 2021. The service advisor with whom I had the appointment seemed clueless and confused has deteriorated considerably since my last visit in December 2021. The service advisor with whom I had the appointment seemed clueless and confused. When it came time to pick-up my truck I got a call from a different advisor who was just a clueless and sent the Lyft driver to the dealership rather than my home address to pick me up. This happened twice and finally the Lyft driver called me and had ultimately been given my address as Drive rather than Avenue. Both service advisors with whom I had interaction were not professional at all and of poor quality in terms of knowledge of the service process and interaction with other humans. When I tried finding a phone number to call the service department the automated answering didn't give me a choice to speak with a human. The web site didn't provide a working phone number for the service department. It was impossible to communicate with people in the service department directly. If I hadn't purchased a long-term service agreement I'd be looking for other maintenance options. More

In late February- I originally was working with a service tech, brought my car in on the day/time he advised, and no one knew about me coming and was told about a diagnostic fee I would have to pay. When I told them I had an extended warranty on the car they said they could not find it so they would still have to charge me. I advised I would take my car with me and investigate the warranty info myself. Once I gathered all the warranty info I left several messages for the service tech to bring my car back, and he never responded. Eventually I went online and schedule a service with a different service tech, dropped my car off on 6/1. It was a struggle to get any kind of update on my vehicles progress. It was there for about a week. On 6/7-I called and said I need a vehicle to attend a work meeting on 6/9 and to take my mother to the airport and was advised that I can come get my car. I let them know that I was going out town on 6/11 and would not return until the 19th and asked what I can do. No one ever got back to me. On 6/8- I went and picked up my car, my service tech was not there. I spoke to the tech that sits behind my service tech and he advised me to call my tech when I return from being out of town and let him know that I am ready to put my car back in the service line. I called as soon as I returned on the 20th and left them a message. I then followed up on 6/22 with another message for them. I still have not received any call back. More
