Choose another dealership, seriously! Business and communication practices AFTER the purchase unequivocally UNPROFESSIONAL. Purchased a truck in March 2025. Didn’t get title work until July by my own persistent calls-RED FLAG. Total loss in October 2025 (no fault of theirs) yet my proper cancellation of three policies-extended service protection, GAP and Dent from November 2025 still not refunded and it is February-UNACCEPTABLE! The scam offices they set up to handle these three services, TRASH. They talk as if they have zero clue. They lie and make up procedures. They do not answer calls, return calls nor follow up via email. They ping-pong you back and forth with who has your refund yet no one is accountable for anything . The finance office, no follow up. Spoke with Alberto who emails a secret office, no follow up. Who has my refund money? Who truly has my service contract, GAP and Dent policy cancellation refund money? No one has a real answer and again this has been since NOVEMBER 2025….they continue to lean on it could take 2-3 weeks, the. 4-6 weeks and then…..crickets. I hope to never have to conduct ANY business with them in the future. Do yourself a favor, buy from somewhere else. I don’t expect perfection or delays but I do expect to handle business properly. Literally almost a year from purchase and it has been a nightmare. Run! More
