What a great place to buy a Jeep. At the time I was looking for a Gladiator not just any Gladiator but one that had a few extras. Spoke with Chris "Creech" and his knowledge on Jeep vehicles was excellent. We found what I was looking for. I instead bought a new 24 jeep gladiator that was used as a customer loaner. The next day we were in finance and usually at other dealerships they try to wear you down and you will sign without looking at all the numbers but not here. They go over all the documents without trying to add add-ons. Within 30 - 45 minutes we were out. This was the "best" experience of buying a vehicle we have ever had. Jonathan and Dominique went above and beyond for me. Jonathan listened to my concerns and was able to find out that I needed a new engine and that the one I had was still under warranty. Dominique monitored the oil usage over the next several weeks and communicated with the warranty department as well as keeping me informed of the progress that was being made toward getting the new engine. He kept me in the loop and helped me with any questions I had. Jonathan and Dominique were both very kind and patient with me. And now , I have my new engine! I paid for and ordered a truck from Benjamin a salesperson at AutoNation Fort Worth TX. He told me when I paid for the truck and shipping that it would be delivered in my driveway in a couple of salesperson at AutoNation Fort Worth TX. He told me when I paid for the truck and shipping that it would be delivered in my driveway in a couple of days. The truck never arrived! I kept trying to get in touch with Benjamin and all he would say is that it was shipped but he didn’t know when I would receive it and hung up on me! I left several messages with Richard the General Manager and he wouldn’t call me back. After two weeks of waiting and not receiving any answers from them or AutoNation customer service, I researched and found one of AutoNations customer support presidents. I sent 1 email to him asking for help and within 24 hours I received a call from the used car manager saying that she hasn’t even shipped the truck yet. I asked for my money back and Richard (General Manager ) finally called me back and said he would cancel the deal and have my money returned. I’m 57 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I can honestly say that this was the worst automobile sales experience I have ever encountered! I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership! More
Made an appointment for an oil change on Saturday for 8:30 AM. They told me I needed a tire rotation and a software update. Told me it would be 1:45 if I waited. I decided to wait. took them 3 hours to complete the job and they were extremely unfriendly on why there was a delay. multiple times I was told they were working on it, yet when I walked past my car, there were no doors open no hood open and no one under or around the car. the oil change was prepaid as well as the rotation. several cars came in after me for oil changes and other work and left before mine. Bad customer service, no one cared to help me More
