Unfortunately negative stars aren't a thing. There service department should be named ignore department. Dropped my vehicle off on Friday May 15, AJ the guy I dealt with in service told me the There service department should be named ignore department. Dropped my vehicle off on Friday May 15, AJ the guy I dealt with in service told me they had 5 days to get diagnostics done and would call me to let me know timeframe for repairs. Beginning on May 20, day 5, I made multiple attempts to call to find out status, but they use an AI based service for phone calls and supposedly I was leaving messages for the Service director, I left 3 messages not 1 phone call returned. Finally on May 21 I spoke to someone on the phone who assured me my vehicle was next up when the technician finished a job he was working on. I have yet to receive a single call from these people. I have no transportation. I spent almost 60k buying a vehicle and a warranty to protect me incase it needed repairs. But so far I've been left with no transportation and no one to contact me or give me even a rough REAL timeframe for the work to be completed. AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS. Honestly I dont think I'll ever do business with autonation again if this is how they treat customers. More
