After arriving to test drive a vehicle, I was told that suddenly there was a sensor light on and that the vehicle wasn’t available and that a part would have to be ordered and installed, which should only suddenly there was a sensor light on and that the vehicle wasn’t available and that a part would have to be ordered and installed, which should only take a couple of days. 2 weeks later after the first part apparently failed and it took over a week to get a new part and then several days to install it the vehicle was finally ready. Getting any response from the sales person during this whole ordeal was difficult as my phone calls and texts messages would go unanswered for days on end. Not a good experience. I will say I love the vehicle More

Sales person was Nura and she is great. Spoke with Nura on the phone and she was so helpful we ended up driving from the St. Louis MO area all the way to Littleton CO to pick up our car. Nura always followed up with me about our concerns before and after the sale. Finance department was nice but took much longer than we expected. I ended up receiving extra warranties that I didn't feel comfortable with. It took a week but Rameen finally emailed me the cancellation form yesterday. I quickly signed it and emailed it back to him. Hopefully these unwanted extra charges get removed from my car loan. All the staff at this dealership are very friendly. AutoNation even sent cookies to our home. :-) More

I have to say this experience was by far the best experience with a dealer ship. I went to one a week before coming here and it was terrible so I was a little anxious and on my toes. Maryiah Alvarez experience with a dealer ship. I went to one a week before coming here and it was terrible so I was a little anxious and on my toes. Maryiah Alvarez was so great and helpful. She actually cared and wanted you to get a car that you like, but was not pushy. We had an issue finding one of the trade in titles. I was so stressed and wanted to cry, but she helped by stating that we have Plan B and C if I can not find the title and will need to go to the DMV for another. Luckily, it was found. When we got back she was so helpful during the whole process of what is next to come. She got our car detailed and filled up. Even though, we have the new car, I can communicate with her for help with getting tint scheduled and with any questions. When you come here its not just buy and they don't care about you they continue to follow up and help which is appreciated. Also, everyone was so nice and asking if we wanted water and snacks. They even had really great energy drinks which is needed when buying a car with all the paper work. Everyone congratulated us. They even bought lunch. Best experience in getting a car and would highly recommend coming here. There is no pressure to buy. I can finally say I am driving my dream car!! More
