We stopped in to take a look at a new Jeep. From the start we were treated very well. We gave Jeremy the details on what we were looking for price and model wise, etc. He worked hard to find just what start we were treated very well. I have been in sales a long time myself, what I can tell you is that Jeremy is a class act. No cheap tactics here folks. He is a standup guy who takes the time to answer your concerns and questions. If you are in the market for a Jeep or Dodge I strongly recommend this dealership and can say that you won't be disappointed with a hi level of confidence. More
In July of 2011 I took my truck in to have the brakes done. The service center claimed that they replaced the pads (front and back), and turned the rotors (front and back) and I was charged $475. Yesterday I was returning from the mountains, and when I was coming down I-70, there was an extreme amount of vibration and grinding. The grinding continued the next morning and I pulled the tires to look at the brakes. I discovered that my right side front brakes were metal on metal, which consequently destroyed the rotor, and my left side front were close to being in the same situation. I had driven approximately 19,000 miles since the dealership claimed to have replaced my brakes. Brake pads should not wear down to bare metal after 19,000 miles, and I feel like the brakes were not done at all even though I trusted the dealership to do so. I changed the brakes myself, because my trust is gone in your dealership, and I took the parts in to Fidel to get my money back. Fidel argued that this was normal wear and tear for brakes and that your dealership was not responsible for your mistake. My first question is,if the brakes were actually replaced, why do you want to build a reputation on car parts that do not last even a third of the life of other quality parts. Second, why do you train your employees to tell the customer that they are wrong even when evidence of negligence is staring them in the face. There is a reason I do not use dealerships for my car maintanenance, and that is because you are a bunch of con artists, who think only of the bottom line, and not of customer satisfaction. I am going to go on facebook and twitter and every other social media outlet that I can think of, and tell of my experience. Luckily it only took me one dealing with you guys to discover your true nature, and I guarantee I will not make the same mistake twice. Congratulations on making an art of screwing over your customers, you dealerships are second to none in this arena. More
I was looking for the right car for months, and came across many that would have matched, but did not have the quality person on the side working with me. I had an awful experience. The purchase of my certified preowned vehicle was not bad at all. I test drove the car and they were very quick with the paperwork and financing. When I bought the car the check engine light was on. They assured me that they would fix it and it was likely a minor issue b/c the car was Chrysler certified and passed an intensive inspection. After I bought the car, I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at a week later (bought on a friday night and took it in on a Saturday the following week). During that week, the car would die at almost every stop light I stopped at. When I took it in, they assured me the the issue was fixed and I ended up picking it up on Sunday. On the way home, the light came back on and the car had died. I took it back in on Monday and they had it until Wednesday a week and a half later. During that week and a half they repeadedly told me they weren't sure what was wrong with the car. Once it was a week old, I called Chrysler to file a claim. I also called the dealership and asked them to find a way to make this a positive experience for me. They refused to do anything. Instead, when I picked my car up on Wed, they had used most of the gas I had put in the car (it was down to almost 1/8 of a tank when I took it there with almost 3/4 of a tank), the engine cover was scratched, there was grease on the hood of my car, and they had forgotten to put the owners manual back in my car. When Chrysler called me back about my claim, they were very unresponsive and acted like there are no gurantees with buying a certified preowned vehicle and that I got my car back and that's all that matters. It was a very ridiculous experience. I would never buy a car from that dealership again b/c their inspections are bogus and they don't care about the customer experience. More
