We had a recall done at AutoNation Bradenton Ford. They didn’t update the record. It still shows recall needed on the website. We had also requested in advance they also check and repair a front en They didn’t update the record. It still shows recall needed on the website. We had also requested in advance they also check and repair a front end noise. After we arrived they said they couldn’t do it because it would take three days. Prior notice would have been nice. As they asked, we rescheduled to have the noise checked and informed them since we only have one that we would need a loaner. I tried calling them prior to our long drive there to confirm they had a loaner car. You cannot reach them by phone. Their online number advises you that it is being handled by the third party artificial intelligence. I assumed that meant that they really didn’t want to talk with customers and I should leave them alone. When we arrived they said we would need to reschedule again in another three weeks because no loaners were available. When I said it may not be safe to drive he really didn’t care and just said sorry. At that point we let them know we would go to a Ford dealer with better customer service. He shrugged and said “okay” When we left the dealership an employee had another car in our way. They refused to move it and rudely told us to back up out of their driveway. We have since rebooked the repair to be completed at a Ford dealer with better customer service. And since we are actively looking for a new vehicle it will be purchased at the new dealer. More

Donovan and Lucas were excellent. I made 3 separate trips to narrow down my selection. Each time they were very helpful, answered my question and even lined up vehicles side by side s I made 3 separate trips to narrow down my selection. Each time they were very helpful, answered my question and even lined up vehicles side by side so I could compare them. Instead of trying to sell me something on the lot they listened to me and found what I was actually looking for on another lot. My experience was great and would definitely recommend AutoNation Bradenton, particularly Donovan and Lucas. More
