NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION! Where do I begin. Let's start with how the 125 point inspection they claim to do is a marketing strategy and definitely doesn't ensure the vehicle is Where do I begin. Let's start with how the 125 point inspection they claim to do is a marketing strategy and definitely doesn't ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and there were parts ZIP TIED to my vehicle. $3,600 worth of repairs in the first 60 days of ownership for a $40k vehicle that underwent a 125 point inspection?! Here's the story: The day I test drove the vehicle the tire pressure sensor went off during the test drive. They supposedly checked it out, added air and reset the sensor. Within 2 days of purchase and every few days after, I was adding air and resetting the sensor - took the car to another Auto Nation dealership near my home and learned that there was apparently a nail in my tire and appeared they tried to patch over the nail hole, but never removed the nail (also never informed me that was the issue while I was at their dealership to make the purchase). I had to pay to have the nail removed and the patch redone correctly. Then there was a clunking noise coming from under the vehicle everytime I would turn the steering wheel - ended up having to take it to a non-Auto Nation dealership where I learned the wheel bearing and lower control arm busings were shot - these arent things that just go bad over night. The 125 point inspection would have caught this issue prior to me purchasing it. Here's the best part - the steering rack was ZIP TIED to the bottom of my vehicle!!! I have photos from the repair dealership to prove it. Zip ties?! Are you kidding me. I have tried to contact the used car manager three times (2 voicemails and an email) and he has not returned my calls/email. Needless to say, if you want a quality used vehicle, dont fall for their nonsens about 125 point inspections or "Auto Nation Certified" because it's clearly not certifying the safety and condition of anything! @AutoNation you can save yourself time copying/pasting the canned response that you give to all the other google complaints - I'm not calling anyone at your dealership again - if you want to correct this you can contact me. Your mamagement team has been avoiding my calls and emails for the past two weeks. More

I found the car on the internet, it was located in Sarasota, then delivered to St Pete for me making it more convenient and everyone else involved.
