We submitted an online inquiry for a Ford Fusion we liked, and we were immediately contacted back with information we needed. I requested a Carfax - it was immediately sent. Happy with the history - I then asked for a few cell phone photos. Our salesman, Mike Amendolare, sent me both photos and exterior & interior video. We decided to proceed with the next step. They emailed the credit app and then quote with estimated monthly payment. Mike answered all my questions promptly- even that evening when (I didn't realize) he was home. We made an appointment to drive down from Ocala. Mike had the vehicle cleaned and ready to drive when we arrived. We not only left with the vehicle in less than 3 hours - the finance manager found us a better rate and our payments were substantially less than originally quoted! This vehicle was a first time purchase for our 19 year old son, they were very patient and helpful explaining everything to him from start to finish. This was honestly the most pleasant vehicle purchase we have ever made. 5 stars across the board for the entire process - and our teenage son's new Ford Fusion. Since I have moved, I only take my vehicle to AutoNation Ford Brooksville. The last 3 times I took it to them for inspections, oil changes and regular maintenance I made mention of a front-end noise that th Ford Brooksville.
