Anna Maria more than did what was needed to make us feel the the ford dealership was the one for us. She paid close attention to our needs. I had a perfectly good car but because of my condition I could not ride more than 15 minutes before I was in too much pain. She She put us in the perfect car. I have since bee able to go on a 2 hour ride and we plan on driving to Miami soon. She so impressed us we brought our son there to get a car. She with the help of her manager (sorry I can't remember his name) not only put him in a great car he could afford, they went better and put him in a new 2013 car for the same price. I have recommended them to all of my children and friends. I don't recommend many companies, and this is the first time I've ever recommended a car dealer. This is not an easy thing to get from me. At the moment I am very busy on a project but I took time out to write this. Something else I never do. Anna Maria is a sweetheart and a wonderful person. The whole crew there is. We never felt like we were at a car dealership. It sounds corny but we really felt like we were just stopping to see friends. She is one of the biggest reasons for this. Very friendly staff and a super nice salesman whose name was Kevin Merrill. He was very up front in saying he was fairly new there and if there was anything we asked that he didn't know, he would ask someon was Kevin Merrill. Sales was very low key with no high pressure tactics to purchase something we didn't want. Since we had to travel about an hour to the dealership from where we lived, Kevin stayed late and when we finally purchased our vehicle, the finance lady and Kevin stayed past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

I needed to get my 84 year old mother some new transportation and Anna was able to handle her with great care. Anna Marie gave me options when the end of my lease came up on my 2008 Milan that I did not think of. I am taking her advice and feel that I am doing the right thing. I purchased the Milan and she will con up on my 2008 Milan that I did not think of. I am taking her advice and feel that I am doing the right thing. I purchased the Milan and she will continue to look for a 2010 Taurus which is what I really want. If, and when, she gets me a good deal, maybe in a few months, I will then purchase the Taurus and either sell my Milan outright or use it as a trade in, depending on what I am offered on the trade in. So far all is going well. Also,I think I will be using AutoWay Ford in Brooksville for my servicing needs in the future, as it is not that much further away than a local Ford Dealership. Hopefully I will continue to feel good about this dealership. More
