Look… buying a car can be iffy sometimes… lots of times… I’ve been looking for a new Bronco for a few months and was pretty specific about exactly what I wanted. Burleson Ford happened to have one times… I’ve been looking for a new Bronco for a few months and was pretty specific about exactly what I wanted. Burleson Ford happened to have one that I wanted with 95% of the configuration I was looking for and was within a decent drive from my place - awesome. I worked with Kimberly. Wow. What a refreshing experience. I’ve worked in sales in the past. I get it… but so many sales people are pushy, etc… Kimberly was not. Great experience dealing with her. Open/honest/transparent/efficient. The experience with the finance department, when that time came, was what you’d expect from a finance dept. Nice enough individuals but were hardcore pushing add-ons, up-sells, etc… That said, I feel like they gave me a relatively fair offer on my trade in. All in all, I’d buy another vehicle from these guys in a heartbeat (and it was a 300 mile round trip for me to snag it). More
