Truck service was efficient and timely. However, when I arrived I stood at the main counter and waited for a service person. I could see they where out checking in other customers so I wait However, when I arrived I stood at the main counter and waited for a service person. Then he said I needed to go to the next counter over. There were two women there the whole time that had never acknowledged my presence. If those counters both check in someone, then they could have at anytime asked to see who my appointment was with. I did tell the girl when I left that I had felt that not acknowledging someone when they come in as unprofessional. She did say she was training the other girl. I hope she trains her to be more polite and professional Otherwise truck service was good. More
